Task One: Part One

Let's refresh our memories! What do you think it takes to be a healthy person. What are some healthy foods? What about unhealthy foods? Let's have a quick look at the Food Pyramid and see if we know as much as we think we do about health and nutrition.

Even though we're already pretty clued up about healthy eating, do we really know why some things are good for us, and some things are bad? Let's look at the 
explanations for the food pyramid sections. We'll use this as a resource to help sort foods into their categories in Build a Food Pyramid.

Over the next three week's we will be adding to  the discussion and sharing our ideas. Sharing skills and knowledge is the best way to clarify ideas and build on concepts. Pose questions, make statements, or add your opinions about healthy lifestyle choices so far.
