What is a healthy lifestyle?

Healthy lifestyles give use the confidence and ability to take on both physical and mental challenges. It is important we take the time make choices which will have the best outcome for our minds and bodies, so that we are able to do the things we most want to do.

Before we can educate our community about the positive effects of healthy lifestyle choices, we must ensure we are equipped with the skills and knowledge required for healthy decisions. To dust off the old memory, we will activate our prior knowledge and revisit some of the things we already know we can do to help make our lives healthier.
