Task Two: Part Two

So we've kept a record. Now what are we going to do with it?

Let's take a look, day-by-day, at how we did with our diet and exercise diaries. Evaluate whether or not, judging from the diary, you are making healthy choices. What areas might you be able to improve in? What are you doing well? Discuss and note points of interest, such as aspects of lifestyle where people are generally making healthy decisions or aspects that could be improved. Are then any trends? Is there anything that many people seem to struggle with?

Think about one aspect that you have identified as requiring attention. Add a post to the blog indicating changes you might need to make to your current lifestyle choices to improve your health and wellbeing.

Look at the results of the poll. Compare the assessment of class results with the responses to the poll. Are there any trends you can identify? Are there similarities between results? Start thinking about how we might develop a 'plan of action' for improving our lifestyle choices. Think about possible personal and collective health related goals.

Week Three
