So what's the use of all this information? How can we use what we know to make healthier choices.
Let's take some time now to think about the things we've identified in our own lifestyles that are possibly not the healthiest choices. What are some measures that we might be able to take to either make healthier choices or to maintain a healthy lifestyle?
Maybe, instead of watching TV for half an hour after school we could take the dog for a walk? Or, could we trade a car ride for a bicycle trip?
Come up with some goals for healthy living and put these into your plan of action.
