How can we achieve better health?

Sometimes, for a variety of reasons, we overlook healthy lifestyle choices. We may be too busy to prepare a healthy meal or go for a walk. It's ok to take the quickest, easiest option sometimes, but we have to remember that often these options aren't the healthiest. It's easy to fall into a routine that isn't doing you any good.

This week we are going to be evaluating our own lifestyle choices, examining them to see what things we might be able to improve. Perhaps we might be able to incorporate a walk with the dog or with our friends to find our 30 minutes of physical activity. Have a look at task two, and start keeping your calorieking food diary. Be sure to enter your physical activity as well.
